Can I request a quote without a part number?
Yes. Send the equipment description, serial number if available, and a photograph or drawing showing the component. Include its location on the machine and the quantity needed.
What specifications are needed for replacement filter media?
Provide the equipment model, media dimensions, material or mesh specification, and attachment details where known. For MAC units, identify whether you need the internal sleeve or external filter-wall media. Include the existing MERV rating for wall media if available.
Can I include parts for several machines in one enquiry?
Yes. List each machine separately with its make, model, serial number, required parts, and quantities. Keep photographs and drawing references linked to the correct machine.
Are replacement parts stocked or made to order?
Availability depends on the item and equipment configuration. We supply replacement items and build-as-needed components. Include the part details and quantity so we can confirm availability or fabrication requirements.
How long will it take to receive replacement parts?
